“I lived at the uStay house for two years and absolutely loved it. It’s a great environment to make friends if you are new at the university or new to Ballarat. Dave and Ailie are so easy to communicate with they go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy in the house. The house is in a great location and only walking distance for university. It’s a great place to also study, there is wireless internet and each room has a big desk. I lived on residence at the university for my first year and I can’t tell you how much more I preferred to live on uStay accommodation.I really recommend living there if you have the chance too. ”

I stayed with uStay for two years of my university degree, and it was the best decision I ever made whilst studying. Dave and Ailie are incredibly fair, easy-going and professional as land lords, who are always accommodating no matter who you are! I think the best aspect to uStay is that the landlords take pride in their accommodation, and work hard to maintain the optimal environment for students, particularly those living very stressful or busy lifestyles whilst staying with uStay. At uStay the landlords prefer to place like-minded tenants together to create an enjoyable and easy-going environment, which I can personally vouch for how it benefits everybody.  I can genuinely say that is was a pleasure staying with uStay, and if I ever became a student at Ballarat again, or had to recommend somewhere for them to live I would refer them to the guys at uStay in a heartbeat!

I approached uStay Student Accommodation at the beginning of the year looking for a place to live while studying at Federation University. I like how it is located close to the university campus I attend and it was hard to believe how well the houses are set up to accommodate for my every need as a student. The rent, I found, is very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it covered all the housing expenses. The landlords are very approachable and friendly and were able to provide me with everything I needed to know to make the transition easy. You can make some good friends in the share house and I’m lucky to have found such a great place to live when it’s a difficult thing to decide when looking to study.
